Digital Literacy Upskilling Program

Welcome to the Digital Knowledge Hub - your one stop shop for articles, events, learning tools and support in the digital space.

Council is committed to enhancing the digital skills and understanding of the Greater Dandenong community by providing access to critical information, education and programs.

We want to help you grow your collection of digital skills, understanding and access to the technology you need to be able to live, learn and work in a digital world.

Aside from the practical skills required to use technology devices such as phones, tablets and computers, there are other digital literacy skills such as communication, critical thinking, creativity and e-safety. We will be continuing to deliver programs and information that contribute to these skills too.

In the news article section below you will find regular digital literacy articles, digital service updates, tips and help using our systems, plus digital security, risk and governance information.

As the Digital Literacy and Upskilling Program grows we will add more events. These can be found at the bottom of the page.
